1. Turn off the pocket pc (on/off button ).
2. Push the joystick button up (to the screen).
3. Turn on the pocket pc.
4. keep holding on the joystick button for 30 second.

My P-350 always froze on the first logo screen.
I called support and they dind´t even suggest this to me.
They told me to sent it to repair.
90 euros plus mail fees. Bastards.
